Our Remote Managed Services are included in our Platinum Service Level Agreement or can be included in a customized package suited to your requirements.

Prosirius Remote Managed Services provide skilled and experienced VNOC Engineers that ensure your AV/VC devices and infrastructure remain optimally functional with a seamless user experience operated through our Service Operating Centre.

Prosirius Service Operation Centre offers monitoring and advanced real-time fault finding and resolutions remotely by use of the Utelogy Device Management Software as the monitoring and managing tool.

Through Utelogy Device Management our team will:
  • View live statuses of all connected devices to monitor and ensure maximum uptime of devices
  • Receive real-time alerts and send notifications when devices are not performing as expected. This will allow us to attend to faults before anybody on site is even aware of it
  • Troubleshoot remotely for faster resolutions
  • Remotely push firmware and software updates as they become available
  • Collect room and device usage data
  • Report on device statistics: locations, utilization, occupancy, and performance at any time.
  • Generate monthly reports


Extend our expertise, resources and consistency with an Executive On-site resource based at your premises. This service provides you with a level of support that can only come from having a full-time resource dedicated to your audio visual environment. This service provides you with the 8 to 5 on-site expertise you require, supported by the rest of our highly experienced team to compliment your team and to optimise operational efficiencies.

The on-site resource will be responsible for monitoring, managing and controlling all aspects of the video conferencing and audio visual infrastructure, assuring you of our best service and attention at all times. This resource will also provide telephonic technical support to the other regional offices.

Other functions of the on-site resource include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • In-person support of all rooms
  • On site end-user assistance for all VC and AV related issues
  • View live status of all connected devices to monitor and ensure uptime of devices
  • Collect room and device usage data
  • Daily health checks of all AV/VC rooms
  • Call scheduling and start management
  • Calendar scheduling assistance
  • Troubleshooting and first line repairs
  • Infrastructure maintenance and support
  • Generate weekly reports

Our financing options include flexible repayment terms, for a more manageable cash flow, and the option to either keep or return the hardware, subject to the contract.
